These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Drawlur's website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not upload or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, malicious, deceptive, threatening, or abusive.

You may not attempt to interfere with the Service, bypass security controls, or make abusive automated requests.

3. User Content and License

You retain ownership of the drawings and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Drawlur a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and display that content for operation, improvement, promotion, and moderation of the Service.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Drawlur may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or community safety requirements.

5. Third-Party Services and Authentication

The Service may allow sign-in through third-party identity providers such as Google and Apple. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms and policies.

6. Mobile App Terms

If you use Drawlur through iOS or Android applications, you also agree to the applicable app store terms from Apple or Google. App stores are not responsible for Drawlur's operation or support.

7. Account Deletion and Content

You may request deletion of your account through Drawlur's account deletion tools. If your account is deleted, your drawings may remain on the Service as community content and may be disassociated from your account where applicable.

8. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Drawlur may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Drawlur disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Drawlur is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to These Terms

Drawlur may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
